By bridging the gap between community, government, and private interests, The SOURCE turned workplace stability into a competitive advantage.

Our Resource Navigators work as an extension of Human Resources teams, providing flexible on-site support to help thousands of employees navigate everything from housing and transportation challenges to financial budgeting to mental health.
