How does The SOURCE differ from an EAP?

Our support is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual and extends far beyond what a traditional EAP can do! Our private caseworkers provide high-touch services with no limit on how many times your employee can call for support. A private caseworker is assigned to each member company to build a strong relationship with the HR and leadership team.

Whereas, a traditional EAP makes referrals to other agencies for support, we walk alongside your employees to address barriers and access community resources.

What is the cost of membership?

The cost of membership is determined by several factors such as employee headcount, wage and benefit information and geographic location that help our team to determine what an anticipated utilization rate would be. Once we discuss those factors we can provide a membership rate estimate.

Which regions does The SOURCE serve?

While our roots are in West Michigan, we have strategically expanded our footprint to serve major workforce hubs across Southeast Michigan. This includes dedicated support for employers in the Greater Grand Rapids area and surrounding counties, as well as the Greater Detroit area and surrounding counties. Our goal is to provide local, on-site support regardless of where your facility is based.

Can an employer with multiple locations join under one membership?

Yes! Our expansion was driven by employers seeking SOURCE support for their employees across the region. We can structure memberships to cover your entire Michigan footprint, providing a unified benefit for your employees whether they are located in West Michigan, Southeast Michigan, or any of our emerging service areas. At the same time, we remain committed to serving smaller employers who benefit from leveraging the scale of The SOURCE’s network to expand the support and services they provide their employees. We will work with you to build a membership that works for your business.

While our focus is on supporting Michigan's workforce, we are happy to explore a possible SOURCE expansion with you.
