About the event
Audience: Current SOURCE member companies
Intended for: New HR staff, new supervisors/managers, new organizational leaders, and current leaders who need a refresher.
Purpose: Help leaders understand and promote The SOURCE as an employee benefit. Leaders will learn to recognize when an employee may need support and to connect them to a Resource Navigator, helping increase appropriate referrals and use of the benefit.
